Silver cup trophy with two handles. Engraved crest, "Allied with the Essex Regiment the Adjutant's Cup for General Efficiency Essex Scottish Regiment present by Major J.W. Leighton 1928" engraved on front. Round black painted wood base with 7 silver plaques: won by Griesenger 1928, Griesenger 1929, Sheppard 1930, Leighton 1931, Sheppard 1932, T.W. Ord 1933, Masson 1934.
